Our client was experiencing stagnant revenue despite steady foot traffic. Product placement was optimised based on customer behaviour, making it easier for customers to find and purchase key items. Finally, we worked closely with the team on the ground. Staff were trained with clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and daily targets. Instead of just “working shifts,” they were now contributing to measurable outcomes.
